San Bao serves only the best Oolong teas  in his Tea Ceremony. Sourcing the highest quality teas from Taiwan and Thailand, where they are primarily grown, means that San Bao chooses the varieties based on their superior taste and fragrance.

The beauty of Oolong tea resides in its subtle pure flavors, coloring, and in the elegance of its aroma. However, whether it’s Ming Thy or Shan Ling Xi each type contains powerful antioxidants, polyphenols and catechins, which strongly contribute to it’s health benefits and calming effects. And as they are clear teas, served without milk, almost everyone can enjoy the benefits, even those who are fasting or detoxing.

Oolong tea is made from semi-spherically shaped leaves that vary greatly in flavor, ranging from soft and charming to refined and strong. However most are easily described as having a mildly fragrant flavour that some have said, embodies the essence of Taiwan’s mountains and rivers with it’s condensation of fragrance and dew.
